A large financial institution is looking for a forwardthinking Business Analyst with strong banking experience and handson exposure to AI, blockchain, crypto, and other emerging technologies. In this role, you'll partner with product, technology, and risk teams to translate complex business requirements into innovative solutions that modernise the way we serve our customers.
About the role
- As a Banking Business Analyst, you will work across strategic digital initiatives that leverage advanced technologies such as: AI, BlockChain, Digital Asset
- You'll analyse business problems, define solution requirements, support technology delivery, and ensure alignment across stakeholders in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment.
- Work with stakeholders across business, technology, compliance, and operations to understand needs and define clear business and functional requirements.
- Analyse current banking processes and identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and digitisation using AI and data-driven insights.
- Support blockchainenabled use cases such as smart contracts, digital identity, tokenised assets, and realtime settlement.
- Translate market and regulatory trends in crypto/digital assets into actionable business requirements.
- Develop user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria
- Partner product managers and architects to ensure technology solutions align with business goals
- Support testing activities, including test scenario design and UAT coordination.
- Prepare highquality BA documentation, dashboards, and executive updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of retail, commercial, payments
- Exposure to emerging technologies-AI/ML models, automation tools, blockchain/DLT, or crypto ecosystems.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problemsolving abilities.
- Comfortable working in fastpaced, ambiguous, innovationdriven environments.
- Experience in digital asset custody, tokenisation, or crypto trading platforms.
