Role:VP Sales Contract Logistics , APAC (Technology, Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Automotive)

Location: Thailand or Singapore

The Company

As their APAC footprint grows, they seek a high-caliber VP Sales to accelerate commercial performance across the regiondelivering innovative results in technology, manufacturing, aerospace, and automotive sectors.

The Role

As VP Sales for Contract Logistics based in Thailand or Singapore, you will spearhead regional sales strategy, reporting to the CCO APAC

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing sales team focused on new business and account expansion for complex contract logistics solutions.
  • Building strategic partnerships and cultivating long-term relationships with regional and global clients, particularly within Tech, Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Automotive verticals.
  • Shaping sales pipeline development, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives to secure high-value deals.
  • Collaborating closely with operational, solutions, and product teams to deliver customized proposals and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Representing the company at major industry events and elevating its brand as a supply chain partner of choice.

Requirements

  • Senior sales leadership experience (Director/VP) within contract logistics, ideally in APAC markets.
  • Proven track record winning and growing major accounts in technology, manufacturing, aerospace, and automotive sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation capability, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Inspirational leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication in English; additional Asian language a plus.
