Job Description

Title Position: Vice President, Sales & Business Development

Location: Singapore

The client is seeking a senior commercial leader to drive revenue growth and market expansion across a global digital infrastructure portfolio, including data centers and subsea connectivity assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global sales and gotomarket strategy.
  • Drive revenue across data center and subsea capacity products.
  • Originate, negotiate and close largescale infrastructure deals.
  • Manage RFI/RFQ/RFP processes for hyperscale, wholesale and colocation opportunities.
  • Build Clevel relationships with hyperscalers, cloud providers and carriers.
  • Provide commercial input for new infrastructure investments and expansions.
  • Manage forecasting, pipeline performance and commercial reporting.
  • Mentor commercial team members and establish performance KPIs.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in digital infrastructure sales (data center and/or subsea).
  • Proven track record closing USD 10-100M+ transactions.
  • Strong industry network across hyperscalers and carriers.
  • Deep understanding of digital ecosystem commercial models (IRU, lease, colocation, wholesale).
  • Strong financial acumen and experience structuring complex deals.
  • Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Experience in cloud/AI workload-related data center sales.
  • Knowledge of hyperscale and colocation market requirements.
  • Regional experience across APAC and/or the US.
  • Exposure to infrastructure investment or asset monetization environments.

  • Securing anchor customers and longterm strategic partnerships.
  • Strengthened market position across data center and connectivity sectors.
  • Scalable commercial operations supporting longterm growth.
