Job Description
Responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives, ensuring successful implementation, governance, quality, and operational support of automation solutions.
- Leads the delivery lifecycle of RPA projects from initiation through deployment and hypercare.
- Collaborate with business units to understand automation requirements and priorities.
- Oversee RPA solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and development standards.
- Review technical designs and validate solution quality.
- Manage RPA developers, business analysts, testers, and support resources.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT delivery, automation, or digital transformation programs.
- 3+ years of experience delivering RPA solutions.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience documenting business processes and gathering requirements.
- Familiarity with RPA or Intelligent Automation concepts and technologies.
