• Lead project planning and delivery governance for data-related workstreams within a large-scale system replacement program.

• Manage metadata frameworks and business glossaries to ensure data ownership and regulatory traceability.

• Facilitate workshops to define business requirements and execute gap analysis between current and future state processes.

• Partner with risk, compliance, and technology departments to align project outcomes with global regulatory standards.

• Coordinate with external vendors and internal business users to manage timelines, dependencies, and program reporting.

• Proven track record in managing data governance or regulatory transformation projects within the banking industry.

• Strong familiarity with financial regulatory frameworks and compliance expectations for data management.

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise migration or core system integration initiatives.
