VP, Product Development (Private Credit)

We are partnering with an established institutional investment platform that is looking to expand its asset management capabilities in Singapore. This is a broad role spanning product development, investment solutions and platform initiatives, with significant exposure to senior stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and structure new investment products and institutional solutions
• Drive new product initiatives from concept through implementation
• Evaluate market opportunities and support the development of new investment strategies
• Coordinate across Investment, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance and Operations teams
• Manage product governance and relevant approval processes
• Support institutional client materials, due diligence and investor-related requirements
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new commercial opportunities
• Participate in strategic initiatives as the investment platform continues to grow

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience within asset management, investment management, financial institutions or related environments
• Experience in product development, investment products, fund solutions or investment services
• Good understanding of institutional investment products and structures
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
• Commercially minded with the ability to translate investment ideas into executable products
