about the job
- Develop operational strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability, while managing budgets to optimize costs without compromising quality.
- Provide executive leadership for all manufacturing, supply chain, quality control, and logistics functions.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensure compliance with all food safety and quality standards, and collaborate closely with R&D and commercial teams.
- Spearhead key expansion initiatives, including new product launches, capacity increases, and the implementation of new technologies.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of operational leadership experience, ideally in food ingredients or manufacturing.
- Proven expertise in manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control.
- Ability to drive efficiency, run growth strategies, and lead successful teams.
- Analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- China market experience is a significant plus.
