What will you be doing

• Drive scale-up of your elements in the product portfolio, ensuring reliability and performance
• Drive genAI innovation inside the product set
• Own product metrics tied to commercial outcomes (e.g. customer growth, adoption, usage)
• Align product roadmap with GTM, sales, and customer success efforts
• Lead cross-functional execution across product, engineering, and data teams
• Strengthen product ops: agile processes, performance targets and management, documentation, and team capability building
• Incorporate customer and market feedback into product decisions
• Oversee platform governance (e.g. data quality, responsible AI, model explainability)
• Provide strategic input and updates to CPO and senior leadership
• Collaborate with the other senior product leaders to build a winning product set and product management team operations

Who are you

• Degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of product management experience, preferably in e-Commerce
• Proficient understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices and project execution
• Programming skills in Python, R, SQL, or similar languages
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to support critical thinking and decision-making
• Demonstrated ownership and ability to work collaboratively within teams
• Knowledge of computer vision and machine learning concepts Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Experience in graphic design and content management
• Ability to think creatively and execute innovative solutions beyond conventional approaches
