We are currently partnering with a leading Financial Services organization based in Singapore.

They are looking to hire a Financial Planning & Analysis candidate into their Singapore office, at a VP level.

In this role, the successful candidate will tackle a range of exciting business challenges, drive data-informed decision-making, and help shape high-quality, customer-focused products. This role will act as a trusted advisor to the business and a key steward of financial performance.

Key responsibilities

Deliver accurate, consistent financial and management information with actionable insights to support decision-making and deepen understanding of business performance.
Establish and track key KPIs and dashboards, partnering with technology, product, and data teams to enable real-time performance monitoring.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and financial goals.
Ensure strong cost management is factored into day-to-day decision making, and monitoring cost performance versus budget
Provide analytical support through financial modeling, profitability analysis, benchmarking, and scenario planning to guide strategic and operational decisions.
Act as a strategic finance partner, driving sustainable growth, effective balance sheet management, and delivery of annual budget targets.

Role requirements

At least 10 years experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
Understanding of retail banking products is strongly preferred - if not, Financial Planning & Analysis experience within wider Banking environment is essential
Experience of driving cost reduction would be a plus
Strong in stakeholder management to influence and effectively challenge C-suite stakeholders.
