Key responsibilities

In charge of developing and managing project plans that outline the scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for change projects.
Communicate with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners, to ensure that they are informed about project progress and that their needs and expectations are being met.
Management of project teams, ensuring that they are properly resourced and that they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver on project objectives.
Management of project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within the agreed budget.
Creation of reports on project progress to ensure that proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
Management of project risks, ensuring that risk, assumptions, issues and dependencies are identified, assessed, and mitigated as necessary.
Facilitation of change management activities, including training and communication, to ensure that change projects are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation.

Role requirements

Possess a bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, finance, business or a related field.
Have at least 12 years of experience working in the financial service industry and at least 6 years of experience working in project management
Prior experience delivering complex business and technology change projects in an Investment Bank environment involving front to back, cross functional teams.Ideally covering investment banking/global markets business (markets products knowledge in FX, Rates, Equities, Commodities etc)
Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to distil information into key messages and present succinctly and confidently to a senior audience.
Self-starter with ability to identify and engage stakeholders, prioritize activities to deliver to tight deadlines and multi-task across a diverse book of work in a high-pressure environment.
Experience utilizing varied project methodologies (e. Waterfall and Agile) is advantageous
