Key responsibilities
Support CFO in formulating and executing financial strategies for unsecured lending business (credit cards and loans)
Collaborate with leadership to establish a strong financial performance framework and provide commercial insights.
Analyze and advise on internal and external business trends to inform strategic decisions.
Contribute to new partnerships commercial terms and evaluate ongoing partnership performance.
Track and analyze financial performance, providing insights on variances, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Support corporate planning and budgeting processes with financial forecasts and key metrics.
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support for business initiatives, projects, and reviews.
Prepare senior-level financial presentations and dashboards to highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities.
Role requirements
8+ years experience in Financial Services sector with knowledge of retail banking, specifically unsecured lending products (credit cards, loans)
Experience in business partnering and financial planning & analysis
