Job Description

TerraPay isseeking a visionary Global Head of Marketing & Branding to architect andlead our worldwide marketing strategy. This role will be pivotal in positioningTerraPay as the trusted partner in cross-border payments, driving brand equity,lead generation, and market differentiation across diverse geographies.

Key Responsibilities

MarketingLeadership

. Own the global marketing function,spanning corporate communications, branding, content creation, events, digitalmarketing, lead generation, partner marketing, and sponsorships.

. Design and execute high-ROI campaigns across online andoffline channels, ensuring measurable business impact.

. Identify trends and insights tooptimize spend, performance, and campaign effectiveness.

StrategicPlanning

. Develop and execute a unifiedglobal marketing strategy aligned with TerraPay's growth initiatives.

. Partner with business line leaders, regional marketing,IT/Digital, and commercial teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.

. Position TerraPay as a differentiated B2B fintech brandin competitive markets.

LeadGeneration & Market Insights

. Build strategic relationships withindustry players, agencies, and vendors to accelerate lead generation.

. Drive business analytics and market research to deliveractionable insights for commercial teams.

Team &Agency Management

. Lead, mentor, and scale ahigh-performing global marketing team.

. Manage agency partnerships to accelerate execution andinnovation.

. Continuously improve marketingtalent, processes, tools, and techniques.

Performance& Budget Management

. Define clear marketing goals andKPIs, measuring both commercial and brand impact.

. Manage and optimize the global marketing budget, ensuringefficient allocation of resources.

Go-to-Market(GTM) Strategy

. Collaborate with channel partnersto define GTM approaches tailored to regional dynamics.

. Monitor competitive landscape and craft differentiatedvalue propositions.

Required Skills & Competencies

. Proven expertise in GlobalMarketing & Branding within B2B/Fintech environments.

. Strong command of Digital Marketing, Social MediaCampaigns, Web Analytics, and Lead Generation.

. Demonstrated success in Strategy Development, GTMexecution, and ROI-driven campaigns.

. Exceptional leadership skills with experience in teambuilding, agency management, and cross-cultural collaboration.

. Balanced profile of digitalexpertise + brand storytelling.
