We're partnering with a leading life insurer to hire a VP-level Marketing Communications & Content (1-year contract) professional to drive end-to-end communication strategy, executive messaging, and technically accurate content across internal and external channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end development of internal, external, and executive communications, ensuring alignment with business strategy and brand voice
- Partner closely with EXCO and senior stakeholders to craft high-impact presentations, speeches, and strategic messaging
- Develop technically accurate marketing and business content across life insurance products, distribution, and corporate initiatives
- Own and drive award submissions and strategic narratives, translating business achievements into compelling, data-backed stories
- Act as the central reviewer for client-facing communications, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand and regulatory standards
Critical Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing communications/content experience within insurance (essential)
- Proven track record in internal and external communications, marketing content creation, and client communication review
- Strong ability to translate technical insurance concepts (products, financials, strategy) into clear, structured content
