Hydra X is seeking an experienced capital markets professional to support the company's growth across strategic partnerships, market development, and ecosystem engagement.
This is a senior, market-facing role focused on building relationships, identifying commercial opportunities, and supporting Hydra X's growth across capital markets infrastructure and related market services. The role will work closely with exchanges, brokerages, financial institutions, market operators, and other ecosystem participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with exchanges, brokerages, financial institutions, and other market participants
- Identify and originate commercial opportunities aligned with Hydra X's business
- Support partnership discussions, business development efforts, and market-entry initiatives
- Provide market insight on industry developments, client needs, and market structure
- Represent Hydra X in external meetings, industry events, and stakeholder engagements
- Work with internal teams to support the progression of strategic opportunities
Requirements
- Strong experience in capital markets, brokerage, trading, exchange operations, market infrastructure, or related financial services
- Strong industry network and stakeholder management capabilities
- Good commercial instincts and ability to identify relevant business opportunities
- Strong understanding of regulated market environments
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Preferred
- Experience working with exchanges, brokers, trading firms, or market infrastructure providers
- Familiarity with digital assets, tokenisation, or the digitalisation of capital markets is an advantage
