As a key member of the financing team, you will drive the creation of new lending opportunities and manage a diverse portfolio of sophisticated debt transactions.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with regional clients and market stakeholders.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of complex financing agreements, including documentation and credit committee preparation.
- Structure and coordinate syndicated facilities by negotiating terms and managing multi-bank relationships.
- Perform comprehensive credit assessments and portfolio reviews to ensure robust risk management throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal treasury and strategy teams to optimize fund management and business operations.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accountancy, Economics or related field
- 7+ years of banking experience, specifically within loan syndications, structured finance or project finance.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and the analysis of complex financial statements.
- In-depth knowledge of credit lending functions, risk assessment, and debt restructuring processes.
- Proven experience in managing syndicated loan operations and navigating relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive approach to stakeholder management.
