Key responsibilities

Drive tax compliance efforts and implement group tax policies across all jurisdictions
Review and manage quarterly consolidated and key subsidiary income tax provisions and deferred tax calculations (ASC 740 & IFRS), including footnote disclosures
Prepare tax management reports and model effective tax rate (ETR) and cash tax forecasts
Manage tax audit processes and coordinate with external auditors
Lead tax accounting for acquisitions and other transactional activities
Oversee tax technology initiatives focused on accounting, compliance, reporting, and transfer pricing
Collaborate with the transfer pricing team to review key intercompany transactions (e.g. financing, support services)
Lead or support special projects and continuous process improvements

Role requirements

CPA or equivalent professional qualification
10+ years of experience in Big 4 public accounting and multinational corporate tax departments (preference for Financial Services)
Deep expertise in ASC 740 and IFRS tax accounting, reporting, and compliance leadership
Proven track record managing complex international tax matters
Hands-on experience implementing tax accounting or compliance technology solutions
Familiarity with managing tax operations across multiple jurisdictions
Solid understanding of transfer pricing principles and their practical application
