Brief Summary

We are seeking a skilled legal professional to provide comprehensive transactional advisory services and legal support. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and risk management in legal affairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide transactional legal advisory for corporate lending business across the Asia Pacific region, excluding Japan. Negotiate GMRA master agreements and related vendor agreements for branch entities. Interpret Singapore banking laws and regulations as required. Conduct legal research and analyze case precedents to inform decision-making. Support corporate secretarial compliance through verification of reporting and filings. Identify and assess legal and compliance risks within the organization. Offer legal and practical solutions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• LL.B. or equivalent legal qualification. Strong drafting, reviewing, and negotiating skills for contracts. In-depth understanding of relevant banking laws, guidelines, and regulations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and contribute to team success.
