As VP, Key Customer Operations/ Aftermarket Operations, APAC (internal title:VP Customer Operations - APAC), reporting to SVP Customer – Global Operations, you will be accountable for directly managing key operational relationships with our Airline customers, delivering improved fleet health and best-in-class customer experience.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a critical role based in our Singapore office within our Aftermarket Operations organisation. This senior role leads the operational team in region within our Customer Service Centres and integrated within airline operations, collaborate with the Customer Team, Value Streams and Aftermarket Operations to deliver On-Wing and Off-Wing services to our Customers.

Key Accountabilities

  • Expertly managing customer stakeholders, up to and including CEO's, cultivating the day-to-day customer operational relationship to enable best-in-class customer satisfaction.
  • Anticipate and mitigate potential risks to customer fleet health through close integration with our Overhaul bases and Planning and Control organisation.
  • Drive the Experience Excellence transformation theme to enable world-class delivery of Aftermarket Operations services.
  • Enable a culture of high performance in leading a regional team of Customer Operations managers, officers and airline support team; driving Safety first, people development and engagement.
  • Act as an industry leader in region, forming a member of the Customer Regional Senior Leadership team and active externally in MRO and Aviation environments.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Min 15 years of experience in customer operations, operations excellence, or transformation roles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience in managing internal/external senior stakeholders to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Resilience and balance in high pressure situations.
  • Strong delivery mindset and a track record of achieving high performance in a challenging and changing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience of leading and developing diverse teams, and building effective working relationships.
  • Global outlook and passion to drive change and make a difference in an evolving and growing environment.
  • Technical, Regulatory and/or MRO operational knowledge is preferred.
