Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end investment execution, including origination, due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiation
- Build and review detailed financial models, including sensitivity and scenario analysis, to evaluate investment opportunities
- Conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis, working closely with external advisors during due diligence processes
- Prepare investment memoranda, IC materials, and pitch books, and support fundraising initiatives as required
- Monitor and manage portfolio companies, including reviewing monthly operating performance and key value drivers
- Partner with management teams to develop and implement value creation initiatives across revenue growth, operational improvements, and financial controls
- Work closely with Managing Partners and senior investment professionals, providing analytical insights and strategic recommendations
Requirements
- Strong academic background; Bachelor's degree required
- >7 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or related fields
- Prior transaction experience on the buy-side or sell-side strongly preferred
- Advanced financial modelling capabilities in Microsoft Excel
- Clear, structured, and concise written communication skills; strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in Korean, Chinese, or other Southeast Asian languages is an advantage
