Join our dynamic team as a Corporate Credit Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in analyzing transaction proposals and offering insights that drive value and minimize risk for leveraged buyouts. This position requires a strategic thinker eager to engage with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transaction proposals, providing recommendations to ensure alignment with risk appetite and financial modeling. Engage closely with Business teams to ensure clarity on due diligence, structuring, and transaction terms. Present well-structured transaction insights to senior management for informed decision-making. Assess credit applications and borrower ratings, offering well-reasoned evaluations of cash flow forecasts for corporate clients across the APAC region. Monitor an allocated portfolio, proactively identifying risks and working with stakeholders to implement mitigating actions. Collaborate with Business teams on new initiatives, offering guidance on risk management perspectives. Participate in the development of credit and policy guidelines while supporting change initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies. Take an active role in the review of term sheets and loan documentation, influencing credit terms to align with risk parameters. Build and maintain trusted relationships across divisions, enhancing collaboration and teamwork.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in corporate credit analysis and structuring within banking or advisory consultancy environments. Proven ability to manage high levels of responsibility with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines. Expertise in corporate lending, leveraged finance, and structured transactions, including LBO and MBO. Strong experience in risk analysis and formulating recommendations across diverse client sectors and types. Comprehensive understanding of sector dynamics and risk fundamentals to assess counterparty success factors. Demonstrated capability in collaborating with Business partners, offering early and clear guidance on risk-related decisions. Experience contributing to credit portfolio reporting and process improvements, beyond traditional credit risk management. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with sensitivity to cultural considerations. Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities to address risk challenges.
