Job Description
The Integrated Operations Command Centre Lead (IOCC) Lead oversees the daily operations and strategic development of two centralised command centres, ensuring the resilience, reliability, and efficiency of all security and building management systems across Singapore premises.
Supported by automation, video analytics, and integrated monitoring platforms, the IOCC proactively detects abnormalities, identifies earlywarning signals, and escalates issues to prevent operational or reputational impact.
The role also supports regional teams by providing expert guidance on systems integration, monitoring processes, and crosscountry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Command Centre Leadership
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of two Integrated Operations Command Centres, ensuring seamless 24/7 centralised monitoring and response.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IOCC team to maintain high levels of vigilance, analytical capability, and operational excellence.
- Establish and enforce operating procedures, escalation protocols, and service performance benchmarks.
- Monitoring, Automation & Alert Management
- Oversee continuous monitoring of all security and building systems (CCTV, access control, IDS, lifts, BMS, energy systems).
- Leverage automation tools, video analytics, and AI-driven detection to proactively detect anomalies, suspicious activities and early signs of equipment or system failures.
- Ensure prompt triage, escalation, and closure of alarms, alerts, and system events.
- Conduct regular system health checks to detect issues early and avoid unplanned downtime.
- Provide timely risk updates, vulnerability insights, and incident intelligence to management.
- Cultivate a proactive, analyticsdriven monitoring culture that reduces manual reliance and increases accuracy.
- Regional Support & Subject Matter Expertise
- Support regional teams as they adopt centralised monitoring models.
- Provide SME guidance on systems, workflows, integrations, and operational standards.
- Promote consistency, alignment, and monitoring maturity across countries.
- Access Control Governance
- Manage centralised programming of physical access rights for all Singapore premises.
- Establish strong governance controls, audit trails, and periodic access rights reviews to ensure full compliance with security and corporate policies.
- Audit, Compliance & Reporting
- Support internal and external audits involving access control, system logs, monitoring practices, and incident response procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation, audit artifacts, and compliance evidence for all IOCC activities.
- Systems Enhancement & Integration
- Drive enhancements to building and security systems to increase efficiency, reduce manual workload, and optimise costs.
- Identify and implement opportunities to deploy AI, automation, predictive analytics, and digital dashboards.
- Challenge existing processes and champion innovative solutions that strengthen monitoring and response capabilities.
- Systems Integration & Monitoring Expansion
- Lead integration of diverse systems (security, BMS, IoT, analytics engines) to expand IOCC's monitoring footprint and situational awareness.
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to deliver scalable, resilient, and futureready integrated solutions.
- Support regional teams in adopting consistent integrations and shared platforms.
- Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
- Produce comprehensive incident reports, operational dashboards, and trend analyses for management.
- Ensure senior leadership is well informed on emerging risks, vulnerabilities, and operational developments.
