This role will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge identity and access management solutions that support the clients mission to be a forward-thinking, tech-enabled global investment organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade IAM platforms, from initial concept through deployment
- Conduct proof-of-concept and proof-of-value exercises to validate technical approaches and solution effectiveness
- Evaluate existing security architecture and recommend enhancements to mitigate identity-related risks and vulnerabilities
- Translate business needs into IAM strategies that align with IT policies and the organizations risk tolerance
- Develop operational models and documentation to support long-term sustainability and performance of IAM systems
- Serve as a subject matter expert in cybersecurity engineering, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address identity and access challenges
- Oversee IAM initiatives with distributed teams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
- With atleast 10+ years of demonstrated experience in building and managing IAM solutions, with hands-on expertise in tools like SailPoint, CyberArk, and PingOne/Ping Federate
- Familiarity with adjacent domains such as secrets management and certificate lifecycle management
- Strong grasp of authentication and authorization frameworks across hybrid environments (on-prem, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Proficient in IAM protocols and standards including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, LDAP, and MFA technologies
- Skilled in scripting and programming languages such as Java, PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, Node.js, and BeanShell, with working knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and JSON
- Experience with DevSecOps methodologies and CI/CD tools like GitHub, Jenkins, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Practical knowledge of cloud-based IAM implementations, particularly in AWS and Azure ecosystems
- Ability to produce detailed technical documentation and provide consistent updates throughout project lifecycles
- Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CEH, and vendor-specific credentials (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk)
- Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and within collaborative development teams
