Aufgabengebiet

  • Serve as the senior HR leader for APAC, providing strategic and hands‑on support to the regional office
  • Lead post‑merger integration initiatives across APAC, working closely with country HR leaders
  • Drive regional alignment on compensation, benefits, and reward frameworks
  • Partner with leadership on culture, engagement, and organisational effectiveness initiatives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the APAC CEO, with a dotted reporting line to Global HR
  • Support and implement regional people programmes and scalable HR initiatives

Anforderungsprofil

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within complex, matrixed organisations
  • Proven experience supporting regional or multi‑country operations across APAC
  • Strong track record in post‑merger integration and organisational change
  • Deep expertise in compensation, benefits, and HR governance at regional level
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands‑on in a growth environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including executive‑level partnership
