We are partnering with one of the region's most prominent Financial Services institutions to appoint a VP HR Business Partner to support a dynamic and high-performing Private Banking portfolio. The Opportunity

This is a senior HR advisory role with significant visibility across the business. You will partner closely with senior leadership, shaping and delivering people strategy aligned to commercial objectives while contributing to a broader technology and business transformation agenda.

You will:

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
• Lead the full spectrum of HR advisory and talent strategy
• Manage complex employee relations matters with confidence and credibility
• Drive organisational effectiveness and capability initiatives
• Contribute to regional HR transformation projects
• Leverage data and insights to influence decision-making

Supported by a strong HR operations infrastructure, you will focus on strategic partnering, stakeholder engagement and delivering measurable business impact.

The Profile

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner with 1215+ years experience gained coupled with direct experience within Private Banking.

You will bring:

• Demonstrated success influencing and partnering with senior leadership
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability
• Deep expertise in employee relations and talent management
• Confidence navigating complex, fast-moving environments
• Data fluency able to analyse, interpret and present HR insights to leadership
• A hands-on approach combined with executive presence
