As part of its continued focus on people strategy and business partnering, the organisation is seeking a Vice President, HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support senior stakeholders across core insurance functions.
This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering closely with the business to deliver practical, people-led solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner senior leaders to deliver HR strategies aligned to business and workforce objectives.
- Provide end-to-end HR advisory support across talent, performance, succession, and employee relations.
- Translate business needs into pragmatic people solutions in a regulated insurance environment.
- Support organisational change, workforce planning, and capability development initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor, balancing commercial outcomes with employee experience and governance requirements.
Requirements
- 812 years experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of insurance business models, talent needs, and regulatory considerations is preferred.
- Open to candidates transitioning from agency recruitment, provided there is strong insurance domain knowledge and credible experience partnering senior stakeholders.
- Solutions-oriented, quick-witted, and commercially astute, with the ability to think on your feet.
- A natural people person with strong influencing skills and the confidence to challenge constructively.
- Clear communicator with sound judgment and a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
