This is a rare opportunity to join its HR team, partnering closely with the Operations leadership team to drive key business priorities.
Responsibilities
You will partner the Head of Operations and senior operations leaders to deliver commercial, pragmatic HR solutions in support of the division's transformation agenda. Working closely with HR Centres of Excellence, you will drive initiatives across organisation design, operating model transformation, performance and rewards, and talent and capability development, including the integration of AI-enabled solutions. You will advise on key people decisions, implement talent strategies with a focus on succession planning, and manage employee relations matters with sound judgement. In addition, you will play an active role in driving cultural and organisational change, while contributing to firmwide HR transformation initiatives.
Requirements
You are a hands-on and commercially minded HR Business Partner with a strong track record in major financial institutions, ideally within transformation or growth environments. You have led impactful HR initiatives and delivered measurable outcomes. You bring strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with the presence and influencing skills to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
