Job Summary
Lead the development and execution of the regional HR strategy to align talent, performance, and culture with business goals. Drive succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning while overseeing HR operations and ensuring compliance across APAC markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the regional HR roadmap to align talent management, performance, and organizational culture with business objectives
- Lead succession planning and design leadership development programs to build a future-ready workforce
- Advise the APAC President, GM, and regional leaders on complex people-related challenges to support strategic decision-making
- Oversee regional HR operations including Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and HR Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure operational excellence
- Drive HR initiatives across diverse markets while managing compliance, legal risks, and cultural change governance
Required competencies and certifications
- Demonstrated 15+ years of HR experience in senior leadership roles within multinational companies managing complex matrixed structures
- In-depth knowledge of APAC employment laws and HR practices with experience managing multi-country teams
- Proven leadership capabilities including strong influencing skills, ability to engage and mentor large teams, and expertise in organizational design
