A US-based enterprise SaaS company in the HCM space, with an established presence across Greater China, is looking to further expand its APAC footprint. The business is a recognised leader within its niche vertical and is increasingly embedding AI-driven capabilities across its new product suite to enhance its value proposition.
They are hiring a VP / Sr Director, GTM APAC to serve as a strategic and entrepreneurial leader across the region. This is a high-impact, matrix leadership role responsible for aligning and orchestrating all revenue-generating and retention functions, including Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and BDRs.
You will act as the architect of regional growth, driving cohesion across teams while building and scaling a strong partnership ecosystem as a core lever for expansion. You will own regional GTM planning, align teams on targets and playbooks, and work closely with global stakeholders to bridge local market needs with broader company strategy. A key focus will be on identifying, structuring, and scaling high-impact partnerships that accelerate growth across APAC.
We're looking for a senior GTM leader with a strong track record across Sales, Partnerships or GTM within Human Capital SaaS or HRtech environments. Experience operating in matrix organisations, building partnership-led growth engines, and driving regional expansion across APAC, in particular Greater China, is essential.
