Key Responsibilities:
Partner and advise portfolio companies on strategic transactions and investor relations. Actively source and foster collaborations between portfolio teams, corporates, government institutions, and finance partners to bolster fundraising initiatives. Aid in the preparation of investor marketing materials for the firm and its portfolio companies. Develop and implement financial strategies for portfolio companies, considering the unique challenges and opportunities in the deep tech sector. Collaborate closely with investment, legal, and operational teams to ensure a holistic approach to portfolio management.
Professional Qualifications:
At least 6 years of industry experience in roles related to private funds or capital raising in a VC/PE/IB firm or deep tech start-up. Experience working with institutional investors in fundraising or investor relations functions. Familiarity with start-up financing, investor relations, and diligence processes. Relationships with international deep tech investors are strongly preferred.
