A well-established Insurance firm is looking to appoint a VP Finance Operations to lead a team that manages end-to-end finance operations, payments, controls, and regulatory reporting within a regulated insurance environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead finance operations across multiple entities and oversee BAU activities
- Authorise payments, refunds, commissions, and premium transfers across core and banking systems
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Review month-end close, bank reconciliations, interfund settlements, and MAS reporting
- Manage audit requests and liaise with banks and internal stakeholders
- Drive process improvement, automation, and system enhancements
Requirements
- 8+ years in finance operations experience in financial services, preferably in Insurance
- Open to Life/General Insurance candidates
