VP - Enterprise Architecture

To support this journey, we are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Leader to shape and implement a forward-thinking Enterprise Architecture strategy that drives innovation and aligns with evolving business goals.

What You'll Do
- Champion enterprise architecture across the organization - from models and processes to standards and frameworks.
- Evaluate and modernize legacy systems, identifying key areas for innovation and performance improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders to define IT roadmaps aligned with corporate strategy.
- Drive enterprise-wide architecture reviews to ensure consistency, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
- Develop integration strategies and solutions using APIs, middleware, and modern cloud platforms.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of architects and technical experts.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and global best practices.
- Partner with Infrastructure and Cybersecurity teams to embed secure, scalable, and resilient systems.
What You Bring
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, including hands-on integration and cloud transformation work.
- Proven expertise in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and enterprise integration platforms.
- Deep knowledge of API design, middleware, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- A track record of leading high-performing technical teams across architecture, engineering, and operations.
- Strong analytical mindset, sound decision-making skills, and exceptional communication abilities.
