To maximize the hit ratio and FX flow volume from the bank's e-FX platform by:
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of the platform (Hit Ratio, Market impact, Profitability, Client's activity)
- Optimizing LPs (On/Offboard and negotiation to improve prices).
- Client relationship management (including to support onboarding process of a new client)
- Working together with FX traders to improve e-FX pricing and profitability.
- Managing administrative tasks relating to e-platforms.
- Taking an analytical approach and reporting of e-platform to promote FX business.
- Liaise with e-FX team in Tokyo to enhance global e-FX business.
Requirements
- Minimally 2 years of relevant work experience in e-FX business area.
- Between 5-10 years of professional work experience in financial markets business.
- Previous FX Trading, Sales or Quants experience is preferred.
- Need to have Strong Programming Skills.
- Strong communication skills are required for client relationship management.
