Job Description

A leading regional private banking platform is seeking a senior Relationship Manager to cover High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients across the Greater China & North Asia (GCNA) markets. This role focuses on client acquisition, portfolio growth, and delivering comprehensive wealth solutions.

Why This Role

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients in GCNA markets

  • Deliver tailored investment solutions across multi-asset classes, including discretionary and advisory mandates

  • Partner closely with Product Advisory and Investment teams to provide strategic client advice

  • Play a key role in expanding the bank's presence and market share in GCNA

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with HNW/UHNW clients, deepening wallet share

  • Identify new business opportunities and drive client acquisition in GCNA markets

  • Collaborate with internal teams on product strategy, investment solutions, and portfolio management

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform client strategies

  • Ensure all client interactions and investment activities comply with regulatory and internal governance standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a private banking RM with GCNA client coverage

  • Strong track record in business development and client relationship management

  • Solid understanding of investment products, portfolio management, and multi-asset solutions

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and advisory skills

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin essential additional regional languages advantageous
