Backed by a stable balance sheet and deep regional relationships, the platform is actively growing its non-vanilla, bespoke financing business, offering exposure to high-value transactions across multiple jurisdictions and sectors.

Job Description

• Leading and reviewing complex structured and bespoke financing transactions, including collateralised, share-pledge, cash-flow and special situation deals.
• Providing hands-on credit analysis and deal structuring, from origination through approval and execution.
• Drafting and reviewing credit papers for senior approval forums and credit committees.
• Reviewing and negotiating loan and security documentation to ensure alignment with approved credit terms.
• Exercising independent credit judgment and providing constructive challenge where appropriate.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 12 years of hands-on credit experience with direct involvement in structuring complex financing transactions.
• Proven track record in bespoke / structured financing, such as collateralised, share-pledge, cash-flow or special situation deals.
• Strong credit judgment and structuring capability, with the ability to clearly articulate risks and propose practical mitigants.
• Regional or cross-border deal exposure across Asia Pacific.
