VP Brand Development, Hospitality

Responsibilities

In this strategic leadership role, you will shape how the brands connect with discerning guests, deliver exceptional experiences and create long-term value across global markets:

• Define and execute brand strategies that strengthen positioning and drive growth across multiple brands.
• Lead innovation in guest experience, design and storytelling.
• Partner with Marketing, Operations and Commercial teams to deliver integrated campaigns and initiatives that elevate brand equity.
• Oversee new brand concepts, extensions and partnerships that align with group's vision.
• Ensure consistency of brand standards across properties, digital platforms and customer touchpoints globally.

Requirements

You are a seasoned brand strategy and development professional with 20+ years of experience, ideally within the hospitality space. You will have a proven track record in brand building and a comprehensive understanding of the luxury segment. Prior expertise in managing multiple brands would be highly valued.
