VP, AI Security Engineer (Asset management)

An Asset management firm is looking for an AI Security Engineer to join their team.

Your new role

• Continuously strengthen enterprise security architecture to address evolving cyber threats and emerging technologies.
• Align cybersecurity strategy with business objectives, risk appetite, and organizational priorities.
• Design and implement enterprise‑grade security platforms through POC and POV initiatives.
• Develop scalable, efficient security operating models supported by clear documentation and process flows.
• Serve as a trusted cybersecurity and resilience expert, partnering across technology and business stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
• 8+ years experience in financial services or asset management, including 2+ years in AI security.
• Proven implementation of AI security controls, including guardrails, red teaming, and model scanning.
• Hands‑on expertise in Agentic systems, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and secure AI workflows.
• Strong Databricks experience across ML, Model Serving, Unity Catalog, and DASF 2.0 security framework.
• Proficient in cloud AI platforms, LLMs, secure APIs, Python/Java/C++, with strong documentation skills.
