VP, AI and Tech Strategy

Shape the AI agenda at the highest level of the business.

We are currently working on a VP, AI & Technology Strategy role, a highly visible group-level leadership role focused on defining how AI and emerging technologies create long-term business value. This is not an operational technology position. Instead, you will act as the strategic bridge between the Board, senior business leaders, and technology executives, translating emerging trends into group-wide priorities, influencing investment decisions, and shaping the organisation's AI roadmap.

In this role, you will lead executive-level conversations on AI, digital transformation, and technology strategy. You will assess global technology trends, identify opportunities that can accelerate business growth and competitive advantage, develop strategic recommendations for senior leadership, and facilitate discussions across business and technology stakeholders. Working closely with C-suite executives and the Board, you will help determine where the organisation should invest, partner, build, or transform to maximise the impact of AI and future technologies.

Ideal candidates must have a proven track record in strategy consulting, digital transformation, innovation strategy, enterprise technology strategy, or AI transformation. You bring experience advising executive leadership on business-led technology decisions, with the ability to communicate complex AI and technology concepts in a commercial, boardroom-ready manner. Candidates from organisations that have recently undergone significant AI or digital transformation initiatives are especially encouraged to apply.
