Role Description
This is a full-time, part-time on-site role for a Volleyball Coach located in Singapore. The Volleyball Coach will be responsible for planning and delivering training sessions, teaching fundamental and advanced techniques, and mentoring athletes to improve both performance and teamwork. The role involves continuous assessment of athletes progress, providing constructive feedback, and contributing to the development of training programs aligned with the Academy's frameworks. The coach will also work closely with other trainers to raise the overall level of play within the Academy.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Volleyball techniques and Coaching experience
- Strong Communication and Mentorship skills
- Experience in Training and Education for skill development
- Professional certification (e.g., FIVB or SG-Coach Accreditation) is a plus
- Passion for athlete development and a commitment to fostering inclusion
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
