Position Purpose
Were looking for an experienced Voice Recording Engineer to support and manage trading floor voice systems across 12 APAC countries. This role covers BAU operations, troubleshooting, and project delivery for critical Voice & Voice Recording platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and support Trader Voice and Voice Recording services, covering operations, controls, and projects.
- Ensure system availability and readiness; perform daily checks.
- Manage and monitor Voice & Voice Recording infrastructure.
- Support: IPC Unigy, Cisco Voice, MS Teams Voice, NICE NTR/NTR-X, Verint Verba.
- Troubleshoot and resolve voice-related issues.
- Prepare metrics for escalations and management reporting.
- Produce operational, compliance, and litigation reports.
- Adhere to internal controls, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with global teams for problem resolution and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to upgrades, lifecycle management, and regional knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Trading Voice Support or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Voice Recording Systems: NICE NTR/NTR-X, NICE Fusion, Verint Verba.
- Working knowledge of Voice Systems: IPC Unigy v5.5, Cisco CUCM v15, MS Teams Voice.
- Good understanding of Windows Server, Private Wires, Hoot Networks, and SBC (Oracle).
- Experience with NAS/SAN, SQL Server, and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations (MiFID, Dodd-Frank).
- Skilled in system trace log analysis and troubleshooting.
- CCNA / CCNA Voice certification preferred.
