Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, allowing for both on-site and remote work. The Visual Merchandising Manager / Senior Store Manager / Retail Sales Associate will oversee day-to-day operations, including managing visual merchandising through innovative window displays and in-store setups aligned with brand standards. Responsibilities include leading a team to meet sales targets, delivering excellent customer experiences, managing store operations, and fostering team collaboration to ensure smooth business operations. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication with team members and customers.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and sales skills for effective customer engagement and driving sales
• Experience in creating innovative window displays and maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Leadership abilities in Team Management to motivate and guide staff members effectively
• Proven expertise in Store Management for ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations
• Analytical and organizational skills to manage inventory, track performance metrics, and optimize processes
• Proficiency in retail software systems and familiarity with customer service best practices
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or visual merchandising roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field is preferred
