Job Description

Working Location: Central (Orchard)

Working Schedule: Office hours

Contract Tenure: 12 months (subject to renewal based on individual performance, staff benefits included)

Join a world of creativity, precision, and elegance. We are seeking a Visual Merchandising (VM) & Logistics Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting our VM team across the South Asia region.

What You'll Do

  • Logistics & Inventory Management: Coordinate logistical arrangements for new store openings, renovations, and visual merchandising (VM) rollouts. Oversee the inventory and storage of display materials in warehouses or storage facilities.
  • Visual Merchandising Support: Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of VM displays and campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and commercial objectives.
  • Material Management: Manage the ordering, distribution, and replenishment of all VM materials from HQ and external suppliers across South Asia markets.
  • Supplier Coordination: Liaise with local vendors to issue purchase orders, track invoices, and gather performance feedback to ensure timely delivery and quality of VM materials.
  • Brand Compliance: Ensure all VM executions adhere to brand visual guidelines, operational standards, and store presentation requirements.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized records and visual archives of all VM projects
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the VM team

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years experience in logistics, operations, or VM coordination within a multinational company - retail or luxury industry preferred.
  • In-store Visual Merchandising is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Confident working independently while being a collaborative team player.
  • Positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
