Visual Merchandising Intern

Job Description

We are seeking creative and detail-oriented visual merchandising intern to support our visual merchandising team in styling, production display execution and creation of company directives to maintain brand presentation standards to enhance customer shopping experience. This internship provides hands-on experience in styling, retail presentation, store experience to create engaging and visually appealing displays. Candidate should have a strong sense of style, attention to detail, and a passion for fashion trends and creative production.

Responsibilities

Styling

• Styling editing using Photoshop for monthly and weekly company directives and guidelines.
• Learn styling creation skills based on brand standards and fashion trends.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of the set up and maintenance of In-store stylings and visual displays.

Guidelines

• Responsible for the creation of monthly and styling directives for store operations.
• Creation of weekly company directives for store operations by liaising with other departments to get latest information for product allocation and to communicate within the team for the latest changes.
• Creation of any ad-hoc directions based on store operations suggestions and business needs.

Production

• Assist in the checking of weekly In-store promotional materials orders from stores.
• Support with the creation of In-store promotional materials based on guidelines to enhance product appeal on sales floor.
• Assist in any ad-hoc production, projects or sales floor support duties assigned.

Internship Period: September 2026 to February 2027

Requirements

• Preferred with experience in visual merchandising
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint), Photoshop, Illustrator
• Positive attitude and highly accountable
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Possess aesthetic sense
• Passion for the brand
• Strong creativity and visual design skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
