The Opportunity
- Exciting opportunity to work in an MNC environment - Beauty Industry, supporting the Travel Retail Market across the APAC region
- Monday - Friday/9am - 6pm
- Location: Central
- Salary: Up to $4500
- 12 months contract (renewable subjected to performance and business directions)

- Strong passion/interest in beauty & skincare products
- Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply (Training provided!)
- Ability to read and speak in Chinese language is a plus as required to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and high attention to details
- Independent worker, proactive, and organized
Job Description
- Provide backend and documentation support that ensures smooth operations for new store/counter setup or product launches
- Work closely with Commercial & Legal Team for authorised letters for contractors to apply permit for Visual Merchandising (VM) installation
- Managing PO creation and status progress
- Generate reports for VM team and keep track of VM budgeting
- Support in VM Projects lead by the VMs
- Other ad-hoc duties as requested
