Visual Designer (Contract)

Responsibilities

• Defning and building critical workfows, wireframes, and prototypes in a fast-paced agile environment and successfully communicating them to the team
• Strong problem solver who is unfazed by unknowns in user experience, product experience, and market best practices
• Be a subject matter expert of design systems and own changes
• Work closely with product leaders and key stakeholders to defne goals, roadmaps and product requirements
• Experience with a strong data-driven, customer-centric approach to design is critical.
• Prior experience with A/B and multivariate testing to increase platform conversion

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX or Product Design experience in a product company or digital agency
• Expertise in using design and prototyping tools including Figma, Miro, Principle or InVision
• Best-in-class UX deliverables (Wireframes, User journey, Workfows etc.)
• Experience designing for iOS, Android and web, along with a good knowledge of HCI principles
