The School of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, invites outstanding faculty to apply for the position of Visiting Professor in School of Civil and Environmental Engineering.
The successful appointee will advance in CEE's research and teaching in sustainable construction and automation technologies.
The successful appointee will be expected to:
. Conduct lectures to undergraduates and MSc students
. Conduct Public lectures, seminars for research students and industry practitioners
. Engage in discussions with CEE faculty and research staff on research collaboration in international conferences, publications, and research proposals on sustainable management and automation in construction and technologies
Visiting Faculty appointments are extended to distinguished professors or researchers with recognised expertise and strong collaborative ties with the School.
Candidates are expected to
. Possess a strong track record in sustainable construction and automation technologies as demonstrated by impactful publications, high citation metrics, and international recognition.
. Demonstrate leadership in major research programmes and foster cross-institutional and international collaborations, particularly in areas of strategic importance to the School.
. Show evidence of excellence in postgraduate education through supervision, mentorship, and the development of advanced-level teaching modules.
. Contribute meaningfully to the School's academic mission through joint research, student supervision, curriculum innovation, and international outreach.
