- Develop, integrate, and optimize machine vision systems for automation equipment, including component selection (lighting, lenses, cameras) and system calibration.
- Perform image processing and analysis using vision software such as Halcon, OpenCV, or VisionPro to ensure accurate and reliable inspection results.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve machine vision performance in collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Prepare documentation and provide technical support related to vision system design, testing, and implementation.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Image Processing, Automation, Optics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in machine vision development and system integration.
- Proficiency in vision tools (Halcon, OpenCV, VisionPro) and strong understanding of vision components.
- Good communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
