Responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, and maintain a range of vision applications including measurement and defect inspection.
- Select, procure, install, and maintain vision-related components based on application needs.
- Configure vision systems including host PCs, cameras, and motion control for optimal performance.
- Provide technical support to field service engineers and clients.
- Evaluate and establish system performance specifications, prepare technical documentation, and conduct training.
- Implement new vision technologies into relevant projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in vision applications.
- Knowledge of vision and optical inspection systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages related to vision applications (e.g., C++, C#, Python).
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, RS-232, and camera interfaces.
- Familiarity with deep learning-based vision solutions is advantageous.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
