Our client is an established leading provider of inspection solutions in the global market looking to expand its Software Engineer Team to work on exciting projects in the semiconductor space. Their global outreach includes renowned semiconductor customers engaged in the manufacturing of chips for the automotive, smartphone, communication, computer, consumer, storage, industrial and military/aerospace sectors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop cutting-edge software for automated Computer Vision Equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Create user-friendly GUIs and implement multi-threaded programming to optimize system performance.
• Develop and optimize Image Processing / Computer Vision Algorithms for noise reduction, defect detection, and pattern recognition.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field to contribute innovative solutions to enhance our inspection systems.
• Collaborate with the software development team throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle.
• Work alongside hardware engineers and QA personnel to deliver high-quality, reliable software products for the semiconductor industry.

Requirements:

• PHD / Masters / Degree in engineering discipline.
• Knowledge in programming skills in Visual Studio Development Environment.
• Proficient in C++ is required.
• Strong Knowledge in vision inspection / computer vision / image processing skill is required.
• Knowledge in programming languages such as C# is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in Deep Learning(AI) for Defect Classification is a plus.
• Proficient in English both Written and Verbal Communication.
