Development of Vision Systems for Die Bonders with focus on:
- Overall: system integration of vision systems
- Support to Asia based Operations Suppliers Customers
- Troubleshooting
- Continuous improvements and customized solutions within Vision Feasibilities Specifications Qualifications Documentations
- Development focus on optics, illumination, and sensors
- Support and co-development on cameras, algorithmics, machine accuracy & calibration, vision related process technology
- Communication interface to Europe based RnD sites
- Set up and maintenance of vision lab
Education
- Relevant degree (physics, engineering, etc.)
Professional experience
- Minimal 2 years of experience in similar industries
- Work experience with Semicon equipment
competences
- tools: scientific tools and simulations in vision domains
- Optics, Illumination
- Basic understanding to electronics
Other requirement criteria
- Intercultural competences due to global setup
- High level of empowerment and assertiveness
- Solid communication skills and team player
- Willing to travel to Europe occasionally
- Willing to travel to production sites in Asia on request
