We are seeking a Vision AI Engineer to support the development and deployment of computer vision solutions within robotics and manufacturing automation environments. This role focuses on dataset preparation, annotation workflows, and model training support to enable high-quality AI model performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform image and video annotation for computer vision applications (e.g., object detection, classification, segmentation) using industry-standard annotation tools
- Prepare, curate, and validate datasets for training, testing, and evaluation of computer vision models
- Execute and support model training and re-training workflows using AI/ML platforms and third-party software tools
- Collaborate with engineering and automation teams to understand model requirements and translate them into data preparation pipelines
- Support robotics and humanoid automation initiatives by enabling AI model training workflows for real-world manufacturing environments
- Assist in data collection activities (image, video, and sensor data) in operational or production settings
- Conduct data quality assurance to ensure datasets meet accuracy, consistency, and completeness standards
- Maintain proper dataset versioning, annotation tracking, and documentation for traceability and reproducibility
- Document annotation guidelines, data workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support proof-of-concept (POC) and pilot projects by ensuring timely availability of training datasets and outputs
- Ensure compliance with internal data governance, security, and operational standards
